My interview consisted of zoom and a web cam was required. The recruiter discussed the position first. Then we were asked questions after that we we asked individually what are your strengths and weaknesses. After that the recruiter advised she was making the decision on who gets the offer all email. 2 weeks later I got the offer call and accepted the offer.
