After submitting the initial application, a TTEC recruiter reached out via email to set up time for a phone interview. After successfully passing the phone interview, an in-person interview was scheduled at the company headquarters. The in-person interview was with the woman who would be my supervisor, plus her manager on the phone as well. After passing that interview, a job offer was extended.
