I have been contaced by TeleTech directly. I had a quick chat with a member of the HR department and then I was asked to write in essay in German. The last phase was a skype interview and they came up with the outcome the day after.
IQ type of quiz at first stage
second stage role play over phone
third and last stage was a role play with the hiring manager, plus questions about your CV etc
