The first interview was pleasant and friendly, with two hiring managers conducting from a set of written questions. The questions were pretty standard, by-the-book type of inquiries. Be sure to KNOW what TSYS does, as that was the FIRST question. The hiring managers seemed very familial, comfortable and informal. They are looking for FRIENDLY FACES to fit into the company culture. TSYS is in a state-of-the-art building on a beautiful riverside property. They are promoting a very environmentally conscious culture and it shows. Travel and change seem to be the most challenging issues within the training department.
