The process involved me meeting with tenured professionals and SR's. We spoke in very comfortable settings and the dialogue was very down to earth and simplified. The questions asked were all open ended which shows me that personality is a major part of the job. the questions enabled the interviewer to read me well.

The interview process consisted of two separate phone calls, each of the two lasting about 30 minutes. The first call is with your local supervisor where they will ask about work experience and any expectations you have. The second call is with the regional manager where they will discuss pay and the companies expectations of you

The interview process at TSP was a very smooth and straightforward one. The people involved kept me up to date on where I was in the process, as well as were fairly rapid to respond to any inquiry I had.

Multiple phone interviews (three if I recall). Each call was with a different member of the team starting with the internal recruiter and moving through chain of command. Early interviews focused on availability and suitability for the work. Later interviews confirmed logistics.
