The supervisor of the PVD department made the interview process smooth for me. The questions were very similar to the tsmc10 questions found on the Internet. Since I had no work experience, they mainly asked me about my course experience and ways to eliminate stress.

It was an hour long interview, there was an mid level equipment engineer with two higher up engineers. They just mostly asked some behavior questions and mostly talked about my experience and resume.

They asked me what my senior capstone project was, what was our objective and goal and how did we solve it
3 panel interviews, 1 phone interview and 1 HR interview. Mostly behavioral questions and basic semiconductor manufacturing process questions. The interviews would be your direct manager, senior engineers and your manager’s manager.

What will make you leave the company?
Straightforward interview. Mostly interested in your work ethic and ability to learn quickly. Technical questions asked about previous projects and how one approaches new problems. Must express willingness to learn and work hard.
