nice people. interesting start up and nice proposal. discuss salary, benefit, training. At first iI had a phone interview to get me prepared for the real interview and got me an appointment. Most discussion is around behaviour, proper attire. piercing tattoo must be a problem

It was a very long wait to start to finish like a half year or so, big process to endure. Background check, several testing, etc.There was an in-person interview as well as lab testing.

You do an assessment then you go to do a face to face interview. It was a STAR Format interview and I practiced and aced the interview. I was not offered the position due to having mental health issues so becareful not to tell them if you are on antidepressants.
