A quick call with the HR followed by a technical interview and a coding assessment that takes 3 hours. After the coding assessment I was not given any feedback, but a standard template rejection email. Coding assessment was completed early and passed all the Unit tests.
After spending 3+ hours of my life, the least they could do was give some feedback.
