Very slow process despite hiring manager saying he wanted a quick process. Very nice people, but poor communication throughout the process. First had a phone screening call with HR (November). Then a phone interview with the hiring manager (December). Finally an in-person interview with a person from the product marketing team (January). After not hearing anything for several weeks, I sent a couple follow-up emails to the recruiter and made a follow-up call to check on the status of the interview process. I finally received a voicemail from the recruiter that I was still under consideration, and they were looking forward to continuing the interview process. Fast forward to March and I still have not heard anything more about this position. It must not be an important role within this company--which is absolutely fine--would just have preferred more communication because, as a candidate, I invested a considerable amount of time interviewing with this company.
