They have you a Personality interview online to determine if you are a fit for the company. It's pretty generic stuff that can be easily faked. To me it reeks of treating employees poorly, and clueless .

Personality test questions to Determine if your are fit. I wouldn't want to work for any company that determines who gets in-person interviews this way. Easy to fake answers for what they are looking for if you want the position
