I applied for the position on Glassdoor and immediately received an email from the Director of Human Resources asking me to call the office the next day for a phone interview. I called the office the next day and I was asked questions mostly related to my job history, education, and customer service experience. After the interview, I followed up with an email thanking my interviewer for her time and restating my interest in the position. Shortly after, I received a rejection email in response.
