It is a one-day process hiring composed of two sets of interview, one with the HR and the other is Operations Manager. First interview was with the HR, common interview questions like tell me about yourself, future career plans, how do you see yourself working in this company? etc. What matters in this interview is how you were able to express yourself in complete English and if the HR sees that your comm skills is workable they will endorse you immediately with the Operations Manager for Final interview.
