I truly believe it's a good practice to inform candidates whether you plan to move forward with or without after an interview. After taking time out of my day to drive over and interview for this role, I was never contacted again despite reaching out to them to inquire about the status of the position. Fortunately, I was in the final stages of an interview with a much larger and well-structured organization. The initiative Besides that, it was a standard interview with behavioral and knowledge-based questions regarding the new initiative they were looking to implement.
