There isnt much of an interview process. Its more of self assesment on basic english and maths so its not too difficult if you want a Job that does not have an extensive hiring process

They as questions on empathy and situational questions
Easy. The manager asked questions, which are related to education, experience, and relocation. Some troubleshooting questions may be asked if the candidate has experience and thus I told them I do not know about the scenario as I am fresher in the domain.

The interview was simple but there was lots of waiting and candidates it took 3 days in total to get shortlisted and all the tests and finally the offer letter.
They didn't take the interview seriously. Lack of relevant question for the field despite their claim of experience in the specific field. Has tendency to give unsolicited yet irrelevant advice
