Entrevista
Primera entrevista muy fácil, una simple conversación al móvil con la jefa de HR. Eso si, muchas veces no buscan gente con muchas skills, porque ellos mismos te forman. De hecho, entramos en grupo para un proyecto nuevo e hicimos 1 mes de training antes de ponernos a trabajar. Es un buen sitio si se quiere aprender un trabajo nuevo. El entorno es joven y muy divertido.

Que trabajos había hecho antes y porque buscaba otro.
Very quick and efficient. I’d personally say the entire process was easy if you have experience. They would ask you to answer basic questions, such as experiences and how you navigate objections. Recruiters kept it professional and organized.
Simple over the telephone conversation, asking about background, studies, etc. They called after a long time and I had already found another job so I asked very few questions about the position and did not go on with it.
The have a step by step process followed, all documented and you can request for feedback. They are polite, final interview is challenging since you are being interviewed by the ops manager
