Walk in during walk in hours, ask to apply, sit down fill out application, turn application in, get 3 interviews that focus on your understanding and experience with customer service, take test, take typing test, get hired on the spot with a future training date for what ever campaign they assign you to.

The motto of the company for this particular campaign is "People helping people", what does that mean to you?

How would you deescalate an angry customer?
The interview was held in two rounda, one was Hr and and another was Manager Round.The Hr round was very Basic but the Manager round was a good one, they checked communication skills through this rounda, then we had basic tests like typing speed test and some English grammaticall tests.
I filled out a job application. I answered assessments. I got a zoom link in email to go to meeting. I got the run around arounds. It is a waste of my time.
Interview was quick, had some tech issues but nothing too bad. Questions were direct, and prompted with an AI assistant which felt a little uncanny valley. Overall, process went smoothly but maybe it would be better to just have the questions written and recorded to listen to, rather than the AI assistant video
