Process of Recruitment is too long to conclude specially the interviews they want something from your personal stuff like are you single? and a lot of why's and what. and stuff like are you charge with felony. what are you FBI? and by the way they are come from the production floor. 1 to 2 years as an employee not really an HR certified. mostly all resourcing department for call centers

Everything is Difficult to answer. specially personal information
The interview was held in two rounda, one was Hr and and another was Manager Round.The Hr round was very Basic but the Manager round was a good one, they checked communication skills through this rounda, then we had basic tests like typing speed test and some English grammaticall tests.
I filled out a job application. I answered assessments. I got a zoom link in email to go to meeting. I got the run around arounds. It is a waste of my time.
Interview was quick, had some tech issues but nothing too bad. Questions were direct, and prompted with an AI assistant which felt a little uncanny valley. Overall, process went smoothly but maybe it would be better to just have the questions written and recorded to listen to, rather than the AI assistant video
