texted to set up interview and ask first assessment questions. extremely informal, no way to know if it's legit or not. Turned job down due to starting pay not matching job posting pay. Was 4 plus dollars less than posting stated. Turned it down as I make more now than they offered. Sent pay offer via text as well.

I completed the initial screening process and an aptitude test. I was informed that I had passed the test, but I did not receive any further communication regarding the next steps in the recruitment process.
The interview was held in two rounda, one was Hr and and another was Manager Round.The Hr round was very Basic but the Manager round was a good one, they checked communication skills through this rounda, then we had basic tests like typing speed test and some English grammaticall tests.
I filled out a job application. I answered assessments. I got a zoom link in email to go to meeting. I got the run around arounds. It is a waste of my time.
