I started working for Teleperformance eleven years ago so it's hard for me to remember the interview. I went in the day before Thanksgiving and talked to the recruiter who asked me some questions, had me read some scripts, take a typing test and was invited back for training. The office staff was very friendly, professional and polite, as were the trainers, supervisors and management staff.
