5 stage of interview process. first is the phone interview and after that go to the site and then took an exams, 2 sets of exam. After those 2 exams, i undergo into 3 interview process. That is 1:1 interview with different interviewer.They asked about yourself and how do you usually deal with stress and how are you going to explain or instruct the customer on how to navigate their mobile phones such as how will you instruct the customer on how to connect their phones to their wi-fi or enable their mobile data

Quick and easy, the process was so direct to the point, first the initial interview, and was very easy, then the computer examination, brain dehydration feeling, then the practical interview which is so easy and the final interview was about the salary negotiation and some parts of the initial interview, and the job offer
