Received a phone call, scheduled an interview appointment for the next day. Did a skills test for typing and a simulated phone conversation followed by a one-on-one interview with HR Manager. After, I was sent to a local office for a drug screen. After the results came back, I was offered a position and choice of schedule, I started the following week.
