They advertise job openings and never give any feedback. When called they have no idea that there's such job. After more than a month I called to have any information and there was none. Was called later on to ask for my availability to work in customer support.

The process is quite easy an not to difficult good for someone without call centre experience they always recruiting for no experience candidates which make it good they should give peoplw with no matric also a chance
Was a bit put off by the interviewer’s attitude throughout the interview process. Unfortunately, I did not feel respected during the conversation, and the overall experience left me disappointed.
As one of the first representatives of the company that candidates interact with, I believe HR should demonstrate professionalism and create a respectful environment. In my experience, the interviewer came across as somewhat condescending, which made the interaction uncomfortable and discouraging.
I hope the company takes candidate experience more seriously moving forward, as it reflects directly on the organization’s culture and values.
