Passed the initial online assessment that was reading sentences and some logic questions. Then there was a follow-up assessment that's chat based where you reply to some customer questions that are AI based it seems. Then the final group interview where the only question was to introduce ourselves and ourselves and we basically all got the job.

The interview process was smooth and straightforward. The recruiters were approachable and explained each step clearly. It included an initial screening, assessment, and final interview. The questions were mostly about customer service, communication skills, and work experience. Overall, the process was professional and beginner-friendly.

It is a difficult process since I waited for 2 to 3 hours because there's a lot of applicants in the recruitment hub that day, but it is okay since I learned so much from it. The entire interview is not easy but I'm blessed that I passed it all.

Interview process is just them wanting to know what kind of internet you have, how fast, what hours you're looking for and waiting for an offer letter. It was pretty straight forward.
