It started when they provided us with a video for review. Then, we proceeded to the assessment, where we were tested on our pronunciation, enunciation, and other language skills. In this part, we listened to audio clips and repeated what we heard. We also listened to conversations and answered questions based on them. After that, there was a series of behavioral questions and answers. They also tested our typing skills by giving us sentences to type accurately. Please note that every step of the assessment had a time limit. After completing the assessment, we proceeded to the interview, where we were asked about our background, previous work experience, and how we handle different work related situations. The interviewer also evaluated our communication skills and professionalism. After passing the interview, we proceeded to another set of questions through a Google Form, where my grammar was tested. Following that, I was instructed to return for account validation and the job offer. Before the account validation, they provided a reviewer to help me prepare for mock chats and another interview. After successfully passing the second interview, I was instructed to go to Nicatto to complete my medical examination.
