Entrevista
The first interview will be the Initial interview which is just more questions about yourself and your experiences. The second one is the Final Interview, the questions are more on situational. After passing that, the next one will be the Validation interview which includes mock calls.

The one they have asked me is if I have any knowledge about travel account. They asked me what is my favorite vacation place and I described it.
The interview process was smooth and straightforward. The recruiters were approachable and explained each step clearly. It included an initial screening, assessment, and final interview. The questions were mostly about customer service, communication skills, and work experience. Overall, the process was professional and beginner-friendly.

Entrevista
It is a difficult process since I waited for 2 to 3 hours because there's a lot of applicants in the recruitment hub that day, but it is okay since I learned so much from it. The entire interview is not easy but I'm blessed that I passed it all.

Interview process is just them wanting to know what kind of internet you have, how fast, what hours you're looking for and waiting for an offer letter. It was pretty straight forward.
