20 minute phone interview with a third party recruiter followed by a sample work assignment which took about 3-4 hours to complete (much longer than advertised). After submitting my assignment I waited several weeks for a response, which was their HR Talent Acquisition Specialist requesting my availability for a virtual interview sometime in the following two weeks. I provided my availability that day and received no response within the first week. At the start of the second week I replied with updated availability for the next two weeks, and never received a reply. Despite being told I was moving to the interview stage, I was completely ghosted. Two months later I reached out one last time to inquire as to whether the job had been filled, changed, if I was still under consideration, etc. again with no response. Utterly ghosted in the middle of the interview process with no responses to any followups. TNTP does not provide any contact information other than the direct email of the individual you're working with so I had no alternative means of following up and checking the status of my application. After this I logged back into the application portal to discover that my application had been marked as withdrawn, and it was not withdrawn by me. I have been unable to get a response about this either. I highly recommend not applying to this company because it was a complete waste of my time and I have never felt so disrespected by an interviewer.

The interview process was efficient and professional. I was impressed with everyone I met. It included a performance task and 3 interview rounds. After the last round, I was notified that the other person got the role. I was told in a professional, kind, and prompt manner. They then reached out to me a month later to interview me for another role. Overall a great process!

Multiple interviews and required hiring exercise that took a few hours to complete. There were many red flags about the job/culture throughout the process. I was sent slides about the orgs mission and one goal was work/life balance. But then, during the last round of interviews they stressed how 60hour work weeks should be expected-but "take breaks"! Honestly, after the last interview I had some major concerns about the position that I was planning to follow up on if I was offered the role. However, after the time investment (approx. 9hrs/multiple weeks) I was then "ghosted" and never received any follow up. I learned that I was not being offered the role by logging into their hiring platform and seeing that may application had been "saved for future opportunities". Overall, not a great experience-but a personal relief as I have had enough of toxic workplace cultures that place value on employees working until burned out-while simultaneously preaching about work/life balance. I'd suggest applying elsewhere.

2 part written hiring exercise before a face to face interview.
Virtual interview included pretty typical questions.

The hiring manager was prompt in reaching out to me after applying. The first round was a quick 30 min phone call that was friendly and upbeat. I was then passed on to a second round where I had to turn in a document replying to a couple of scenarios and how I would handle them. Although I unfortunately didn't make it to the last two rounds (Zoom interview) my experience was ok. I see why they might want an example like the scenario, but it also did seem a bit superfluous and unrelated.

My background. Why I want to work there. Salary expectations. What management style I prefer. They let me know of the next steps.
