Final interview's a bit over an hour interview, discussion revolves around the job description, some behavioral questions, goals and some purpose driven questions. Towards the end, it was a discussion of salary expectations.

Passed the HR screening but never got an email back. Follow-up email was not answered with any useful information. Didn't receive an update to the status of my application until 3 months later after they said they'd be reaching out to me within 2 weeks to schedule me for the next round.
