Interviews were conducted in quick succession initially, suggesting urgency. However, this was followed by extended periods of silence (approximately one month between stages), short-notice scheduling, and ultimately notification that the role had been closed due to restructuring after several months of engagement.

I was sent a link to book in a slot. First time I've ever been asked to book in a slot for a recruiter call.
Then when I tried booking in the link I was sent wasn't working.
After A LOT of back and forth I go myself booked in.
On the day of the call, the teams link wasn't working.
I emailed the recruiter, no answer. Emailed again, no answer. Emailed again to let them know I had managed to get the link to work and was waiting in the call lobby, waiting for them to join, and again, no answer.
I was waiting for over 30 mins.
How unprofessional.
I've never been made to wait 30mins for an interview/recruiter call.
Seems like I dodged a bullet.
If a recruiter called Kaleigh reaches out to you, just don't reply. She is clearly overwhelmed bless her.
