Interview was thorough and interactive. TLC knows what they are looking for and fully vet candidates. Questioning was methodical and supported the position they are solving for. Interview was tactical and strategic in discussion of company objectives, job function, job role and success criteria. Met with several different managers and all were on the same page with regards to the messaging centered around TLC and the candidate they were seeking. If you get an offer from TLC you have done a fair amount of communicating your business acumen and what your plan would be should you join their ranks. A very positive experience.
