I’ve interviewed with TJX for this position for 2 years now. Don’t bother applying if you don’t go to school at Umass, northeastern, or BU. TJX is majorly regional and only considers students from these schools for some reason. I go to a top 10 business school in the USA, and have never been even given the courtesy of a phone interview. I’ve been eliminated after the computer interview both years, despite being over qualified.
