It was the most professional interview I've ever been involved in. It was a phone interview, then in person interview, then a role play interview. The role play caught me off guard a little bit. I've never done a role play in an interview before so it was strange to me, but it was fun as well. The clients were on the phone, speaker phone and I just was not used to something like that. The division or regional VP was very professional and straight forward.
