the usual kind of stuff: where is the market now, where do you see it going and why? how are you with dealing with difficult team mates, clients. What is your philosophy on investments, Tell me about a time when you made a mistake and what did you learn from it. Team work, team player, good with the client, that kind of stuff. Pretty standard interview. If you have market knowledge down, it helps a lot.

Basic questions, two person interview but not overbearing or intimidating. Initially talk about their own roles then pass it to you. Simple preparation is enough, and the questions as I said are standard

From being reached out to by a recruiter, to receiving an offer took 5 weeks. Finishing the background check took another 5 weeks. Be aware that the background check takes awhile.
