Recruiter reaches out to you —> Video interview and supposedly a final interview but I never got called supposedly the Tiaa system went down and will call me for a final interview when it get fixed? Never heard of that before called my recruiter, email and nothing just ghosted me. I even got an email saying the I am highly considered for this role and the start date would be in February if I were to get the position. Still nothing process took me about 4-5 months had me waiting. October I applied— November recruiter interview— December virtual interview— January the new system went down — early February I get the email that I am still considered for the role than nothing . Very unprofessional!
