Please do not join the company if you trigger the first red flag.. i.e. HR unprofessional interaction ! This is your first experience with the company, so do not ignore this phase! Very Unprofessional! The company hiring process is through a 3rd Party company name REIS and then it co ordinate with TIAA internal HR. They are unclear about the job description or the role clarification to candidates. The only aim is to push people for interviews which is completely undefined. If you fail to make it to the interview due to any reason, they behave in the utmost unprofessional way accusing candidates and even slangs. This has been the worst HR interaction ever. Feedback: Please educate the HR regarding the information they need to pass on before they schedule an interview or have decency of maintaining respect for the company they are representing!
