Very bad interview process. I am 7+ Years experience in Linux, Company has taken online merittrac online technical test but 80% questions were irrelevant they ask to answer Solaris question. Similarly they have given irrelevant questions to SQL DBA's. Out of 31 they have taken 4-5 candidates, even those 4-5 candidates were sure that they have given wrong answer to irrelevant questions. Suggestions to Management- Improve recruitment process. Invite candidate as per required experience and company budget for any profile.
