Business development worksheet to see if your network is large enough and dense with business owners and others that people that fit their target market. If not, they may reach out to you at a later date, if they believe you can hit the ground running -> 4. brief discussion regarding compensation with business development 5. Deeper conversation regarding pay with President, CEO and business development 6. Offer letter sent and request you purchase E&O (Errors and Omissions) insurance before beginning training.

The interview process was very casual! For this role they seemed like they wanted to get to know me better as person rather than ask me the traditional questions that most are prepared for.
