Very low key. More focused on personality and potential fit. Met with IT staff, customers from different departments. Did not have to talk to Houston personnel at all. Got the distinct feeling that person doing interview process was bluffing their way through - did not seem to be terribly organized. Since I had experience on both the send and receiving ends of the interview process, I knew how to move the discussion along in a manner that was positive. Quite frankly, there was a lot of fluff on the Teppco side.
