Interviewed in person after a phone interview with HR. Area Manager and current leader interviewed me. We had a great conversation that set a positive tone for me. They were transparent in answering my questions. They were in interested in a genuine conversation with me and that made me relaxed.

Entrevista
Had 4 interviews and the process took 3 months. I had to do a background check, which was understandable. The part I did not understand was why they asked how I would run a store, but they know you have no say or control of how to perform to your sales targets. As those change daily/hourly and you have no ability to influence improvement.
