Case study one hour with two managers- a broken business that has a bunch of issues surrounding the fact to shut down their business or invest in new technology and attempt to re capture market share or just be acquired/fade away

Read a case of a some broken business then had to give a review on steps I would take to fic it
First is not that hard but come prepared with case and behavioural questions as they will ask on those lines. Have different stories prepared to talk about in different scenarios
