1st phone interview with HR.
Then a Google meet virtual interview with 2 people, 2 branch managers.
Asked a list of questions.
- why Telus
- what do you know about Telus
- why telecommunications industry
- what do you know about certain policy
- what strength did your past manager talk about
- what weakness
- how to handle difficult customer
- what is your long term goal
Difficult questions than expected regarding telecom industry and policies. Did not do well, did not have good answers and asked to think about the question. Interviewers visibly laughed at answers.

2 part process with a video screening before moving onto the virtual interview. Questions focused on the app and how you would deal with patients. It was about a month process.
Meet with recruiter, then move onto interview with director, and finally a panel interview. In the panel interview you get given a case study to read which is then followed by answering some questions.

It wasn't that hard, the interviewer asked some common questions about myself, why I wanted to work there an so on. It was pretty easy being honest, I think that was one of the easiest interviews I have ever had and I'm currently working at Telus.
