How the company treats its interviewees is a reflection of who they are. HR will set a specific time to interview you and doesn't bother with giving you other time options and don't ask when you are free. Also, they sent me an excel spreadsheet to work on a Friday afternoon to test me and i had to do it over 2 days, meaning i have to take my weekend to do it. It just shows the lack of respect for interviewees and lack of work life balance to ask interviewees to work on the weekend. Luckily, i didn't join them. Manager was probably a bully. I feel sorry for him/her life.
heavily qualitative, large focus on behavioural questions relating to past schools and work experience. there were light accounting questions as well. the process was 2 rounds, both online through zoom, received phone offer afterwards.

1st is HR screening, 2nd is hiring manager 3rd is hiring manager and controller. The entire process was quick, within 1 week. It feels like the team is desperately filling up this role.
