E-mail from in house recruiter followed up by a call (1 hour). Completed a strategy overview document on what I would do in my first 30/60/90 days. Then progressed onto a webex interview with 4 individuals from Calgary and Vancouver so 4 separate screens on my computer. I was prepared for full webex (audio and visual), but they were only set up for video so I had to use my phone as well as computer at the last minute. Every single question was a negative situational/behaviour based interview. Seriously, you prepare for 1 or 2 of these questions, but not the whole interview, they just kept on coming. There were no positive questions. It was very demoralizing.
