There are 2 technical rounds and 1 HR round. Both the technical rounds will be conducted in a single day and after shortlisting the candidate they do not send the offer letter. This happened 2 times in last 6 months. I was shortlisted 2 times in this organisation and for both the time they didn't offered the the offer letter, just give you false promises it is taking time and it is on hold and before interview they will be like they need the employee to join asap but after selection they doesn't release the offer letter.
