The interview and hiring process was very thorough and left no stone unturned. The initial phone interview led to a preliminary real life interview, which then led to a more formal interview where I had to complete two presentations. One presentation was prepared, one presentation was ad hoc. Testing was the 4th step, and was comprised of a full day of personality, IQ and Skills Testing. A background check and reference check was completed once the testing was satisfactory.

During my phone screening the recruiter hung up while I was speaking and she made no effort to offer an explanation. I never heard from her again. Please do better and treat people with more respect. I remember her name was Yamini, and she should be retrained or something I am sure that is not how she is supposed to handle candidate interactions.
