You will shadow with a current employee about the job that you are interviewing for, questions will be asked about the shadow, you should take notes, like on paper, it looks good, and make sure you ask questions during the shadow. After that you will have interviews with who’d be your supervisor, and if you get further into the interview process, will interview with an executive.
