Multi-Tier Progression, initial phone screening interviewing is pretty straight forward, asking general behaviour type questions and why you want a career in sales. Second step is in person interview with the DBO that last 2.5 hours. Very detailed interview with questions going in depth to see if your bullshitting your answers or if you're genuine. I'd advice to stay away from general canned answers like "im a people person" etc. Know yourself and your motivations very well when your prepare for this interview. Was invited back to do a half-day job shadow. Arrived at the office early and pretty much was given no direction I was suppose to be doing there. I walked around office by myself and asked recruiters if I could chat with them and ask them questions. Most were very friendly and inviting but some were absolutely cold in denying my request. Luckily I'm a pretty personable and confident person so I did find some people to really get to know and have real conversations with, but overall I thought the job shadow was completely unorganized I pretty much did my own thing for 3.5 hours. Met for a brief meeting with the DBO again and had a short conversation with him. Waiting to hear back.

It consists of 3 stages, 1st is a screening interview, 2nd is with 3 managers from a panel, and 3rd is a half day, then offer! Just make sure to have experience with a commission based job as it shows you worked under a KPI before
