Entrevista
Started with an employee referral that led to an introductory phone screen with an internal recruiter. After some time had passed and several follow ups with no response, I had the chance to speak with internal employees at a career fair. The next day I was contacted again by the same internal recruiter to schedule a half day interview/shadow day. After the half day you will be invited for final steps which is coffee or lunch with the office manager. The offer is extended after that if things go well.

It consists of 3 stages, 1st is a screening interview, 2nd is with 3 managers from a panel, and 3rd is a half day, then offer!
Just make sure to have experience with a commission based job as it shows you worked under a KPI before

It was challenging but both recruiters were supportive and kind. They really listened to your answers and ask more questions out of your answers. It seems like they want to hire people out of they personalities not experience.
