It was a 1 on 1 interview, and relatively informal and pleasant. Mostly asking about my work history, why I applied for the job, and so on. I passed to the next interview phase but declined as I accepted another offer.

On campus interview and then in person shadow day. Didn't seem genuinely interested in actually filling position. Told me to keep in contact, but throughout the whole interview process, the people I was in contact with seemed like they were doing me a favor and that they did not want to hire anyone new.
