It consisted of a phone screening with interviews over the phone. It was standard questions asking why sales. Why do you want to leave the current job you’re at. Nothing difficult or things you won’t hear at other places.

The interviews went well and they were enganging and eager to hear about my experiences and how I would contribute to their company. Both interviews were around 30 minutes long.

Everyone was incredibly kind and very professional. The main reason I did not accept was because I decided to move away from Charlotte. Had a half day where I went in to see what it was like, seemed like a good group of people.

Pretty smooth. Screening call, meet with director of business operations, then final round panel interview in person. Overall process was not bad. I was given an offer after. Would recommend to a friend
