2 Recruiter interviews, 1 panel interview, 1 shadow day. It was a long process. The work environment seems good. They seem to be a bit micromanaging. Overall very nice people. Not super flexible when it comes to working from home. They are currently hybrid, with the goal of getting back in office.

It consists of 3 stages, 1st is a screening interview, 2nd is with 3 managers from a panel, and 3rd is a half day, then offer!
Just make sure to have experience with a commission based job as it shows you worked under a KPI before

It was challenging but both recruiters were supportive and kind. They really listened to your answers and ask more questions out of your answers. It seems like they want to hire people out of they personalities not experience.
